We will integrate many methods of Yoga with a vast range from physical postures to breathing practices, mantra and meditation, all based upon a philosophy of awareness and natural way of life. More than ever before people need to relieve stress. We will teach our clients how to integrate this powerful, practical tool “known as Yoga” relieve stress and tension, and replace them with energy and vibrant health. This extraordinary tool of Yoga practice will aid each individual with this fast pace of modern living.

They grew up organically intertwined through their common ancient Vedic roots where the legend dates back to the Himalayan Rishis who understood the laws of the universe and the inner process of Cosmo genesis that holds the keys to all transformations. The two systems have maintained a long and intimate history, interacting upon and enhancing one another up to the present day.

There have been many different interpretations for the word Yoga. One of them is “To unite” and/or “To come together”. Coming together simply gives us a physical interpretation of the word yoga. For example, by tying the strands of the mind together we direct our thoughts towards a yoga session before we take on an actual practice. Yoga attempts to create a state in which we are always present, really present, in every action, in every moment. The advantage of attentiveness is that we perform each task better and at the same time are conscious of our actions. The possibility of making mistakes becomes smaller the more our attention develops. Yoga’s integrative approach brings unshakeable balance to the body and mind and deep harmony which aids in awakening our hidden capacity we all have for a higher consciousness that is the true purpose of human evolution.
